This sequence reflects how skilled clinicians truly learn—by understanding concepts first, observing expert application in real time, and then applying techniques with guidance and confidence.
Designed through decades of experience and refinement, this order of operations removes guesswork and builds clinical judgment at every stage. Beginners gain a safe, structured entry into aesthetics, while developing the confidence, skills, and real-world insight needed to progress with clarity, purpose, and consistency.

Designed to build confidence and clinical judgment, it supports safe, predictable neurotoxin outcomes and prepares participants to step into observational and hands-on training.

Observational Shadowing
Designed to follow virtual instruction. Providers select their observational shadowing and hands-on injector based on individual clinician profiles, allowing for an aligned, purposeful continuation of their training pathway.
The observational shadowing rotation enables new aesthetic injectors to interpret clinical workflow, patient assessment, and treatment decisions with clarity and intention.
Hands On Practice
The series culminates with immersive, hands-on lip training, allowing new providers to elevate technique and clinical precision in a controlled learning environment. Supported by experienced clinicians and real-time feedback, new aesthetic providers develop confidence while producing balanced, natural outcomes through treatment of two live models.
Once the 3-step Lips 101 series is successfully concluded, you'll receive a certificate of completion.
